Do you offer custom packages for events?
Yes, we understand that every event is unique, and we are happy to create custom packages tailored to your specific needs. Just reach out to us with your requirements, and we will work together to design a package that fits your vision and budget.
What is your cancellation policy for bookings?
Our cancellation policy allows clients to cancel their bookings with a full refund of your deposit if done at least 30 days prior to the event. For cancellations made within 30 days, the initial deposit will not be refunded. We recommend discussing any concerns directly with us to find a suitable solution.
